Monthly Roundup: Four Instagrammers Who Keep Me Inspired
If you’re anything like me, you’ve become all too familiar with the rabbit hole that is Instagram’s explore page. Whether you’re into ASMR, makeup tutorials, or anything else the expansive social platform has to offer, you know how easy it is to inadvertently waste an hour or more scrolling through the app.
However, some good can still come from this otherwise poor habit, and that is the discovery of fresh, new accounts to use to break the monotony of your feed. So, if you’re looking for exactly that, be sure to check out my monthly roundup below!
With nearly one million followers to her name, you might be surprised to hear that I hadn’t even heard of her until the beginning of this year. This fashion and travel blogger was recently featured on The Knot and WeddingWire for having one of the dreamiest and most swoon-worthy weddings of all time. While that was initially one of the reasons I started following Caitlin, I’ve since become so inspired by the shots she posts of her outfits of the day and seasonal home decor. I definitely recommend you check her out if you’re seeking the same scope of content to freshen up your feed!
Sarah Tripp is the epitome of body-positivity and style. As if her handle didn’t say it all, she’s a sassy fashion and lifestyle blogger whose insights, tips, and tricks are bound to inject enthusiasm and motivation into your feed and everyday life. (#HonestyHour: Her recent roundup of Black Friday deals was a massive help to me this year!) Plus, I love seeing her and her husband, author and fellow entrepreneur Robbie Tripp, collaborate on various projects on the platform.
I first stumbled upon Katie on YouTube when she published the Q&A video in which her now-husband proposed to her. I loved following her wedding planning journey, as I was going through my own at the time, and seeing her style and blog evolve over the course of the next two years! If you’re into beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and some seriously sweet thrift-shop hauls, I would seriously recommend checking out Katie’s Insta ASAP.
The mind behind the Lucky Day Blog, Shelby Revis, has served as a major source of inspiration for me throughout my own creative journey. I first came across her content on Tumblr over five years ago and have followed her ever since. She is a great resource for all things fashion-, lifestyle-, and theme-park-related. Plus, her positive attitude is totally contagious and a much-needed breath of fresh air that Instagram sometimes needs!
Although this list was brief, I hope you found some new faces to follow on Instagram and other platforms! Did I miss one of your favorite content creators? Be sure to leave their handle(s) in the comments below! Or, start a conversation with me on Twitter.
